Policies and Disclosure
TRAINING, SALES, LIVERY, BOARD & CARE
NOTICE - Our contracts are pretty basic. There is a clear outline of what we are contracted to do for you and what you will pay. EVERY contract is on a 30 day notice in writing to terminate! No exceptions.
Notice to all clients - Full disclosure on all daily activity during Byden Farm Training sessions is made available at all times, to all clients, unless otherwise requested by the owner of the horse.
1. All components of the training program in effect for your horse, are listed in the daily log and open for client scrutiny at all times.

Each client is treated individually and your information is respected and will not be shared by members of Byden Farm Equestrian Services, their management, staff and contracted services, unless so authorized.
We are a full service equestrian business, there are three (3) levels of full board, all inclusive, service packages available. Base board and livery can be made available on an individual basis.
Safety to human and horse is priority, and dictates all barn regulations including the removal of difficult, dangerous, rude or obnoxious horses and people. There is ZERO tolerance for any form of harassment, (verbal, physical or any other form), towards any persons associated or otherwise, with Byden Farm.
SALES and PURCHASING SERVICE
Notice to all Clients - Full disclosure will be made on each horse’s health history IF it is made available to us, and IF it contains information supplied by a professional health care provider and/or veterinarian. ** IMPORTANT** Should you waive this right to a pre purchase veterinarian report and purchase the horse, you have accepted the horse ‘as-is’ without warranty or guarantee. No exceptions, no refunds, no returns.
